Recipe
Deep fly medium sized potato in vegetable Oil/Ghee, keep aside, fly paste of Dam Aloo Masala in
Ghee/Veg. Oil with Tomato paste and Onion-Garic paste. Mix small thin pieces of Ginger also. Now mix
salt as required. To make gravy mix water and cook for some time. Gamish with Coriander leaves and green
Chillies. Flavoured Dum Aloo is ready for serving.
